This is the Kaiken Cabernet with the body kit. Slightly bigger, bolder fruit is supported by some delicious ripe tannin. Still fruit driven, this version is also more balanced and will age for a few years longer.
Taste note
Earthy blackberry aromas are spicy and moderately complex. Structured and sound on the palate, with a strong tannic framework, this tastes of well-defined cherry and cassis. Spice and chocolaty notes on the finish are barrel driven.
