Limited bottling by Cono Sur, a traditional method sparkling wines partly fermented in steel and partly in oak. Ageing on lees is quite long, 30 months.
A bit weak on the nose at first, evolving in the glass. Aromas start with yellow apple, melon, pear, pastry, but wet pebbles minerality grows after some time and bring further depth.
Satisfying in the mouth, offering nice fine bubbles, crispy acidity and tight body. More intense than on the nose.
Solid, but elegant. I expected more power on the nose, but its elegance is good as well and the creamy bubbles really show the long work behind it. Well balanced, expressive and complex.
