Peter Lehman have parcels of Shiraz all over the Barossa and they use grapes from no fewer than six different sub-zones to make the H&V Shiraz. The resulting wine is a classic Barossa Shiraz with intense blackcurrant fruit and highly perfumed notes of chocolate and mocha. It is soft and rounded with a silky chocolate flavoured finish.
