A rich, elegant Shiraz crafted from fruit from our finest South Australian vineyards. Blackberries, mulberries and dark chocolate dominate the nose, with hints of liquorice and mocha adding complexity and generous, layered flavour. Great with char siu pork ribs, or aged beef fillet with sweet potato mash.
